Revert "Update dumb-init to version 1.2.0"
This reverts commit 49cd429ffd6fbd3f6b67d481bdd1504219e5fd62.
dumb-init v1.2.0 busts the container with unknown reason now and then.
There is an upstream issue tracking this[0].
