Kolla supports adding plugin to horizon and neutron-server images now,
but it doesn't support adding plugin to keystone image.
As keystone itself supports adding authentication plugins, there is a
good chance that user may implement their own plugins for keystone
authentication and identity. It would be better that kolla supports
adding plugin for keystone image just the way like horizon and neutron-server.

When building Desginate from source, the require binaries were not
included, this commit addresses that issue by installing them
regardless of the build type.

As part of change I362b3f8e91de79687fc84e256996fbcaf303b6af a check was
added to use udev to read GPT labels only if the version of udev
installed supports that, otherwise fallback to sgdisk.
Unfortunately the check for udev version is unreliable, as it is
returning the version of the udev userspace tools installed within the
container rather than on the host.
As well as this, we're seeing the find_disks.py having trouble reading
the UUID of a partition via udev. The test system is Oracle VM 3.4.2
which was released earlier this year, but has an old udev (derivative of
RHEL 6).
Even if we use Ansible to query the host's version of udev and pass that
through to the container, querying the above disk attributes is a
lottery on older systems without a reliable reference of which versions
of udev support which operations. Hence we should give operators a
reliable way to toggle it's usage.

Incases where it is useful to place many config.json files
under the same directory (ie one for config_glance_api.json or
one for config_glance_registry.json) we should be able to
specify which file under that directory do we actually want to
use (instead of assuming it is always config.json).

Allow cinder-volume, nova-compute and nova-libvirtd to be configured to
use NFS. In order to mount and work with NFS shares, several containers
needed the NFS packages installed during build time.
One somewhat significant change is the addition of an explicit bind
volume for nova-compute that has shared mounts enabled.
According to docker-run(1), the shared mount propagation flag can only
be specified for bind mounted Docker volumes and not named volumes.
In an NFS setup, cinder-volume mounts the NFS shares so that it can
create and manage the Cinder volumes. When a new instance is created
with a Cinder volume or a Cinder volume is attached to an existing
instance, nova-compute mounts the Cinder volume from the NFS share for
nova-libvirtd. In order for nova-libvirtd to then see those Cinder
volumes the shared mounts flag must be enabled for the Docker volume.
Remove the rpcbind container as it is only necessary for operators who
are using NFSv3 or lower. There is no known need for this currently
however, this container can be added in the future should an operator
require it.
