These containers look to be broken, bad. Fixing them should be done through a separate bug.
Here we only focus on getting aligned for Ansible deployments.

Add set_configs function that implements the flow from the proposed
ansible-multi spec. Move start.sh to config-internal.sh to preserve existing
behaviour.
config-externall.sh copies the appropriate configs in from the bind'd
location and sets permissions and ownership appropriately.

eventlet in master (Delorean) has had a regression making Keystone
not work well with it. Instead, we have decided to switch to the
recommended deployment model using httpd.

Due to a revert in the Docker code, thin neutron containers do not work
at this time. The neutron plugin agents do not need to exist in the same
container as the other agents however. This allows for using either
linuxbridge or openvswitch

Heat failed on heat-keystone-setup-domain because it requires openrc
style of env vars. Also, genenv missed Keystone port env vars.
There are several openrc instances that are using the keystone public
port, bug filed: https://bugs.launchpad.net/kolla/+bug/1469209

they need to be removed.

We need to mount /dev both Libvirt and Cinder containers and
/dev/pts is not correctly mounted. The /dev/pts recieves no
permissions from the host so it becomes inacessable.
We need to change the permissions of /dev/pts in the container
to 666.

When spawning Heat stacks, the DB reaches the max_connections
limit. This causes MariaDB to block all traffic by source IP,
essentially blocking all services. This patch introduces the
MARIADB_MAX_CONNECTIONS parameter to make the max_connections
configurable. The default of 151 max_connections is maintained.

Key difference here is the ip_wrapper.py file. This file and docker 1.7
allow for the network namespaces to be created in the host mount
namespace and propogated into the containers.

Add openvswitch containers. Openvswitch is seperated into two running
containers:
ovs-db-server
ovs-vswitchd
The db container is what everything interacts with. Neutron tells the db
its information, the vswitchd container reads this db and talks to the
kernel module.
The db does not need to be persistent since the plugin agent will
repopulate all the information each time it is restarted and the plugin
agent is required to be restarted when the ovs-vswitchd container is
stopped/started to ensure the ports are setup properly.
This container requires /run for the socket and /lib/modules:ro to load
the appropriate host kernel module.
This userspace tools and the kernel module do _not_ have to match
versions. Additionally, even though it is recommended that the userspace
tool be newer than the kernel version to take advantage of all the
features, it is not required.

This commit adds a few dependencies (that are actually packaging errors)
present in all of the containers, as well as specifically in
heat-engine. Some of the environment variables were not set correctly in
the heat-api-cfn container. The environment variables have also been
correctly added to the genenv script.
Also removed duplicated compose file data already present in
heat-api-engine.

The only files in the docker image directories that differ majorly between
distros are the Dockerfiles (e.g. different package manager mechanisms,
different repo sources, etc).
The supporting files such as the start.sh/check.sh and config files should
largely stay the same between base images.
This change moves these files up into a "common" directory, and symlinks them
in the same way that the build script is managed. This means when adding a new
base distro only new Dockerfiles need to be created. Also, if a distro does
happen to require a vastly different start.sh script for example, one can
choose to simply not symlink to the common and instead drop in a custom one.

This moves a few things around. Namely centos/fedora-rdo-base becomes
centos/rdo/base
fedora/rdo/base
I have also separated out RHEL.
Moves the current scripts in "base" to a "common" folder common to all
images and then recreates the appropriate links to allow all the
containers to build the same way they did before.
This removes all .buildconfs in the system (though they are still usable)
