It should be in docker/{centos,fedora,...}/binary/glance/glance-data
and not directly at the root of docker directory.

Key difference here is the ip_wrapper.py file. This file and docker 1.7
allow for the network namespaces to be created in the host mount
namespace and propogated into the containers.

A missing symlink causes the mariadb-app container to fail to build.
This was introduced when we refactored all of the base images.

Add openvswitch containers. Openvswitch is seperated into two running
containers:
ovs-db-server
ovs-vswitchd
The db container is what everything interacts with. Neutron tells the db
its information, the vswitchd container reads this db and talks to the
kernel module.
The db does not need to be persistent since the plugin agent will
repopulate all the information each time it is restarted and the plugin
agent is required to be restarted when the ovs-vswitchd container is
stopped/started to ensure the ports are setup properly.
This container requires /run for the socket and /lib/modules:ro to load
the appropriate host kernel module.
This userspace tools and the kernel module do _not_ have to match
versions. Additionally, even though it is recommended that the userspace
tool be newer than the kernel version to take advantage of all the
features, it is not required.

This commit adds a few dependencies (that are actually packaging errors)
present in all of the containers, as well as specifically in
heat-engine. Some of the environment variables were not set correctly in
the heat-api-cfn container. The environment variables have also been
correctly added to the genenv script.
Also removed duplicated compose file data already present in
heat-api-engine.

The only files in the docker image directories that differ majorly between
distros are the Dockerfiles (e.g. different package manager mechanisms,
different repo sources, etc).
The supporting files such as the start.sh/check.sh and config files should
largely stay the same between base images.
This change moves these files up into a "common" directory, and symlinks them
in the same way that the build script is managed. This means when adding a new
base distro only new Dockerfiles need to be created. Also, if a distro does
happen to require a vastly different start.sh script for example, one can
choose to simply not symlink to the common and instead drop in a custom one.

Glance images were originally intended to be stored on the host (see
container Dockerfile) but the compose file was not doing this. The
right thing is to use a data container for image content.

This moves a few things around. Namely centos/fedora-rdo-base becomes
centos/rdo/base
fedora/rdo/base
I have also separated out RHEL.
Moves the current scripts in "base" to a "common" folder common to all
images and then recreates the appropriate links to allow all the
containers to build the same way they did before.
This removes all .buildconfs in the system (though they are still usable)

This is a complete DNS solution, with hidden master and bind9 slave.
It lacks the designate-sink service, because there is no true specification
to implement that. It listens for Nova/Neutron events and creates records
though adding those to just 1 domain isn't helping much in an environment
with multiple tenants.

The previous version of crus 6-1 installed pbr hooks. This is
incompatible with CentOS RDO. Remove the requirements.txt file
from the RPM that is installed. This required placing the files
in a new COPRS repository. Since Lars no longer contributes to
Kolla, I imported his src rpm, made the necessary adjustments,
and created a new COPRS repo for it.
The result of the PBR hooks is that any container that ran crux
would fail with a distribution error about argparse not being
present when it was present.

As a restructure, nothing is changed from the original behaviour and
naming despite the file structure changing. The symlinks to build had
to be updated generating lots of "deleted" and "new_file".
The new structure is:
docker/${base_distro}/${type}/${container}
base_distro == centos, ubuntu, fedora, etc
type == source, binary, rdo
type rdo is a symlink to binary for backwards compatibility
Two new flags are added to the build-all script to support the ability
to support different base distros and a flag to support binary or source
containers.
There are several added folders that are empty to hold the directory
structure for future containers of these types.
To use a prefix other than centos-rdo- you can set PREFIX in the toplevel
directory .buildconf file
