Libvirt 8 got recently backported to bullseye so we can make use of it.
QEMU 6.2 was already available but conflicted with libvirt/bullseye.
Also started listing which packages we want from backports.

Debian OpenStack Team backports many packages to get their stuff done.
Sometimes something goes wrong:
INFO:kolla.common.utils.kolla-toolbox:The following packages have unmet dependencies:
INFO:kolla.common.utils.kolla-toolbox: git : Depends: git-man (< 1:2.30.2-.) but 1:2.34.1-1~bpo11+1 is to be installed
INFO:kolla.common.utils.kolla-toolbox:E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.
So let pin out problematic packages as we are fine with bullseye version
of git.

With [0] the version of td-agent being installed was pinned, which isn't
sustainable in the long run, so we drop the pin.
Latest version of the elasticsearch gem no longer works with older
(OSS) versions of Elasticsearch. This is fixed by downgrading the version
of the elasticsearch gems.

Those packages are in exactly same versions in bullseye-xena-backports
and in bullseye-backports. So we have to choose one source to keep
builds running otherwise they report downgrading of packages.

The latest versions of logstash 7.x do not support using the OSS version
of Elasticsearch, and fail to push logs if an OSS version is used. This
prevents Monasca log API from working correctly.
This change fixes the issue by pinning logstash-oss to 7.9.x, the most
recent available package in the repo that still supports Elasticsearch
OSS.
NOTE: logstash 7.11 introduced the breaking change, however 7.10 is
unavailable in the package repos.

Current rabbitmq requires erlang v22.3+ while we had v22.1 on aarch64.
On x86-64 we use upstream repo so have both v22 and v23.
On AArch64 we use Linaro backports repo so have v23.2

nova-compute uses daxio to cleanup vpmem backend device on instance
delete. If the daxio binary is missing in the nova-compute container
instance delete fails. daxio is provided in centos via daxio, in
ubuntu via the pmdk-tools package.

Upstream kibana package ships x86_64 binaries of NodeJS. I usually
repacked package without them to have something for other architectures.
Instead let us install upstream. Then on non-x86 archs we add nodejs
from distribution and remove x86-64 binaries.

Upstream kibana package contains NodeJS x86-64 binaries so can not be
used directly on non-x86 architectures. I took upstream packages,
removed NodeJS binary from it and added 'nodejs' dependency.
Package is present in my Linaro OBS repository where I keep other
packages needed for aarch64 kolla run. Via APT pinning I mark them as
not wanted so they are not used on any architecture with two exceptions:
1. libvirt - we need fixed version to be able to use ThunderX servers
2. kibana - to be able to run it at all
For x86-64 upstream kibana package is used.

Percona site has connectivity issues from OVH hosts (of Zuul).
This patch makes it so that:
- the internal repo is actually used
- RPM GPG keys are downloaded from the actually used repo
- Ubuntu mimics the RHEL behavior (i.e. the Percona repo is
enabled only in the xtrabackup image)
extra benefit: no need for APT preferences for Percona repo
to spare MariaDB deps

blueprint database-backup-recovery
Implements an image suitable for taking MariaDB backups via Percona's
XtraBackup tool.
Install XtraBackup from Percona's repos, ensuring that packages from
this source aren't used for any other purpose.
Include a script which invokes XtraBackup with the appropriate
options for either a full or incremental backup.

Debian 'jessie' even with backports lacks some packages Kolla expects. Due
to this we (Linaro) move to Debian 'stretch' release with our OpenStack

Stretch is now frozen so there should not be many changes.
