The goal of this patch is to reduce the docs hosted for this repo down
to just the container images.
Hyperlinks are provided to each of the available deployment mechanisms,
currently kolla-ansible and kolla-kubernetes.
This is to cut down confusion on which doc patches go where, as well as
the massive duplication we currently have between kolla and
kolla-ansible documentation. Further improvements could involve breaking
out the 'Building Container Images' section into separate pages, e.g.
quickstart, customisation, advanced, etc.

Added the REGISTRY_PROXY_REMOTEURL parameter to the registry
creation script, so that the registry will mirror images from
Docker Hub (while still being able to host custom-built images).
Updated the Multinode guide to reflect this.

- This change introduces new template-override directories
to store container template override files.
- template override files stored in the contirb/template-override
directory will not be gated and serve as an
example of how to extend in-tree container images
for specific use cases, e.g. source build of infra
containers.
- templates stored in contrib/template-override should
have corresponding documentation in doc/template-override

It is quite useful to be able to add additional items (such
as jenkins build information) into the image but the only
way to do this seems to be via plugins archives. Using these
for such information ends badly when building neutron (because
those *plugin* archives need to contain setup.py files) so this
proposes a new mechanism to put files that are not python plugins but
are auxilary useful data to put in the image (such as the jenkins
data mentioned above).

Simplify some of the Kibana docs, and add some more detailed information
on searching logs.
* Add a summary of what Kibana is
* Make it easier to see how to access Kibana (e.g. say port 5601 instead
of <kibana_server_port>)
* Add note how to enable Kibana via centralised logging
* Expand the search section with an example.

In Newton, kolla moved to Dockerfile customization, and
the parameters --included-header and --include-footer
were marked deprecated. This patch set removes them
in the Ocata release.

* Remove duplicated info between the 'image-building' and 'multinode'
guides regarding deploying a local insecure registry.
* Add a helper script to easily start a local registry in a consistent
way.
* Remove warnings around bugs in older registries, 2.3+ is now the
default
* Remove references to running the local registry on port 4000, this
causes confusion as Docker expects port 5000 by default unless
specified, and registries are not required for all-in-one deployments
anyhow.

Following a discussion on the mailing list[0] the community has agreed
there is limited use around enforcing the TrivialFix tag for all commits
that don't warrant a bug.
Update the docs to reflect this.
