This can be misleading when building source-type images, as `[keystone]`
doesn't work as expected.

though it is not reflecting any warning but still a small area
of improvement in doc

This apache module is necessary for when one wants to use TLS for the
services running over httpd.
This only addressed RHEL based systems at the moment, since there is no
such package available for Ubuntu. This requires apache2.2-common which
will carry a lot more dependencies; So I think this should be handled
and decided in a separate patch.
when installing mod_ssl in RHEL-based distributions, an ssl.conf file is
installed in the /etc/httpd/conf.d directory. This file tells httpd to
listen on port 443; however, we don't want to do this by default, since
this should be explicitly enabled by the container's configuration. This
line is thus removed from the configuration.
A release note was added, which specifies this. And the last sentence
can be removed if this is addressed for debian/ubuntu as well.

There is a permanent redirection from http to https in buildlogs, cbs
and trunk repos that might create issues when the redirection fails for
some reasons.
Let's use https directly.

The gating on python 3.4 is restricted to <= Mitaka. This is due to
the change from Ubuntu Trusty to Xenial, where only python3.5 is
available. There is no need to continue to keep these settings.

The goal of this patch is to reduce the docs hosted for this repo down
to just the container images.
Hyperlinks are provided to each of the available deployment mechanisms,
currently kolla-ansible and kolla-kubernetes.
This is to cut down confusion on which doc patches go where, as well as
the massive duplication we currently have between kolla and
kolla-ansible documentation. Further improvements could involve breaking
out the 'Building Container Images' section into separate pages, e.g.
quickstart, customisation, advanced, etc.

Added the REGISTRY_PROXY_REMOTEURL parameter to the registry
creation script, so that the registry will mirror images from
Docker Hub (while still being able to host custom-built images).
Updated the Multinode guide to reflect this.

- This change introduces new template-override directories
to store container template override files.
- template override files stored in the contirb/template-override
directory will not be gated and serve as an
example of how to extend in-tree container images
for specific use cases, e.g. source build of infra
containers.
- templates stored in contrib/template-override should
have corresponding documentation in doc/template-override

It is quite useful to be able to add additional items (such
as jenkins build information) into the image but the only
way to do this seems to be via plugins archives. Using these
for such information ends badly when building neutron (because
those *plugin* archives need to contain setup.py files) so this
proposes a new mechanism to put files that are not python plugins but
are auxilary useful data to put in the image (such as the jenkins
data mentioned above).
