Currently CentOS binary jobs are often failing due to running out of
storage while building images.
See
http://logs.openstack.org/87/612887/8/check/kolla-build-centos-binary/b467920/logs/build/000_FAILED_heat-all.txt.gz
for an example, and
http://logs.openstack.org/87/612887/8/check/kolla-build-centos-binary/b467920/logs/df.txt.gz
for the corresponding df output that shows the /var/lib/docker loopback
mount at 97%.

We would probably like to forward signals only to the direct child
which in turn takes care its children and not to all worker child
processes.

Copying collectd logs is half of the job ouput.
This change is to remove the verbosity of the syncronize
tasks by applying --quiet to only show errors

The tripleo continainer build process consumes the kolla project. We
would like to add a non-voting job for kolla as the start of better
integration between the two. This job runs the tripleo build process
which calls kolla-build under the covers. Failures in this job might
indicate breakages in the kolla build api.

This provides support for building the Monasca fork of Grafana
which features Keystone integration.
It is primarily for use with the Monasca Grafana datasource, although
other datasources can be installed if required.
In the future it would be more efficient to build and host the packages
externally.

blueprint database-backup-recovery
Implements an image suitable for taking MariaDB backups via Percona's
XtraBackup tool.
Install XtraBackup from Percona's repos, ensuring that packages from
this source aren't used for any other purpose.
Include a script which invokes XtraBackup with the appropriate
options for either a full or incremental backup.

The commands used by constraints need at least tox 2.0.
Update to reflect reality, which should help with local running of
constraints targets.
