The packages needed for authentication using kerberos for keystone
landed in a recent patch [1]. Unfortunately, shortly after the patch
merging I was informed that the preferred module is mod_auth_gssapi
nowadays (given that there is a planned deprecation for mod_auth_kerb).

Kolla-ansible expects for /opt/kibana/bin/kibana to exists as
the default path location, centos/redhat distros have this location
set, so it would be desirable for debian to at least have a symlink
to the executable under the /opt path.

This allows you to chainload iPXE from a standard PXE
environment.
As the PXE container already has apache installed, we
now have everything we need to support iPXE booting.

We do not tell that optionX or optionY is disabled so why we have to
inform that image squash is disabled?
This is an option which has to be enabled and then informing that it is
enabled has sense.

For Debian we use 'stretch-backports' image due to requirements of some
images. That means that we also have systemd from backports. This breaks
'open-iscsi' (base) and 'python-guestfs' (nova-compute) installation.
Solution is to install 'udev' and 'systemd' in proper versions.

This allows to know which image failed to build without having to parse
the huge job-output.txt file.
This commit creates a convenient 000_FAILED_image_name.log symlink to
the relevant log files when kolla is configured to output to a log
directory. This creates symlinks only for the parent image with error,
i.e. it skips images that failed to build because of parent error.
