Existing configurations are supported using existing variables. Default NTP configuration for the Ironic Python Agent (IPA) was also added in this patch. Added a change to service-ks-register to make password optional (to able to remove user without a password being passed in). Using the opportunity - increasing CI coverage to include inspection. This is a backwards compatible fix, which allows a user to set the `host` config option using Ansible host or group vars. Other reasons for not using the default host setting of `{{ ansible_hostname }}-ironic` are covered in [1].
